[SHOT 2026] Streamlight New Releases
Streamlight had several new illumination tools on display at SHOT Show 2026. They have a new, affordable pistol light and visible/IR rifle light, among other things. We got the lowdown on these new items, so keep reading for all the details.

TLR-3X
The TLR-3X is a compact handgun light. It features a polymer body and comes in three mount options: 1913 rail, Glock Slimline, and P365. The TLR-3X is compatible with both CR123 and Streamlight SL-B9 rechargeable batteries. MSRP is $170 with the CR123 battery or $179 with the rechargeable. Streamlight plans to ship the TLR-3X in February.
Polytac 1X
The Polytac 1X is a compact handheld light that runs on a single battery. It is compatible with AA, CR123, or the Streamlight SL-B9 rechargeable battery. Both black and yellow versions are offered. Streamlight will begin shipping the Polytac 1X in March.
Protac Rail Mount VIR Pro
The Protac Rail Mount VIR Pro is a combination illumination tool. It incorporates both visible white light and infrared illumination modes. Like other Protac rifle mounts, the VIR Pro features a combination tailcap with a pressure switch plug and momentary switch. It also has a function to lock out the white light to avoid unintentional discharges while operating under night vision. The VIR Pro is compatible with CR123 batteries (using 2) or an SL-B26 rechargeable cell. The Protac VIR Pro will begin shipping in March.

White High: 1,100 lumens, 40,000 candela
White Medium: 540 lumens, 19,000 candela
White Low: 120 lumens, 4,200 candela
IR High: 2,300 mW
IR Low: 600 mW
