Surefire has some new illumination products on display at SHOT Show 2026. We also got our first look at the SOCOM RC4 suppressor. Let's take a tour through the new stuff.

SHOT 2026 @ TFB:

XC3 Sub Pistol Light

The new XC3 Sub is a light designed for popular 9mm concealed pistols like the P365 and Glock 48. Powered by a single 123A battery or a Surefire rechargeable 123 battery. It produces 1,000 lumens with the rechargeable battery or 550 lumens with a standard 123. MSRP for the XC3 Sub is $369.

M640T Turbo Scout Light Pro Weaponlight

This light was designed to offer a sleeker overall package than the current Turbo rifle lights. The M640 T Pro has a thinner body and is only compatible with standard 123 batteries rather than the dual-fuel setup of larger lights. It produces 700 lumens and 70,000 candela with a bright center spot that still retains some side flood. MSRP on this model is $379 in black and $389 in FDE. It is compatible with the standard mounting system seen on Surefire rifle lights.

SOCOM RC-4

The SOCOM556-RC4 is the latest iteration of the venerable SOCOM suppressor series. It builds on the reduced backpressure developments of the RC3 but adds an enclosed tip around the flash hider. Like the other SOCOM silencers, this one fits on the thousands and thousands of Surefire muzzle devices that are already on guns. Surefire lists a suppression rating of 139dB at the shooter’s ear with M855 green tip amm on a 10.3-inch barrel. MSRP for the RC4 is $1549 in black or FDE. A mini version is planned as well.

An interesting subvariant is the SOCOM6-Mini4. This suppressor is designed for 6mm ARC and is shorter than the regular RC4 because the host guns it is used on have longer barrels than are commonly found on 5.56 guns in military service. This model is not currently sold on the civilian side, but perhaps it will be in the future.
