TriStar Arms’ New APOC 9mm Compact Pistol

TriStar Arms has announced the release of the new APOC, a compact 9mm pistol designed to offer modern features, dependable performance, and exceptional value. It’s yours for just $359.
“Shooter feedback drove every decision on the APOC,” said Ryan Bader, President of TriStar Arms. “We set out to build a pistol that feels right in the hand, runs reliably, and is affordable for everyday use. What that means for pistol owners is simple: more time on the trigger, less time worrying about cost.”

Does it take Glock magazines? The press release or the product page doesn’t say, but everything’s pointing in that direction.
As usual, we’re curious to know what you think about this new opportunity on the market. Would you like to see an optics-ready version?

So they’ve “invented” a Gen 3 Glock 19 clone. Ok, cool. Why not just say that, instead of pretending it’s something they came up with on their own? TriStar is already known for its 870 shotgun clones, so why be coy about the obvious origins of this design? Frankly, I have a lot more confidence in a Glock clone than someone else’s clean-sheet new design.
