About Blind Squirrel Enterprises
We are a 3-person team specializing in the design of multi-caliber feed systems, our present flagship products being our patented clamshell mag adapters for the AR-15 platform.
What makes Blind Squirrel Enterprises unique?
We are the first company to ever design, manufacture, and bring to market a (multi-caliber compatible!) 1911 magazine adapter for the AR-15.
Here is the description of the Blind Squirrel Enterprises Model 19-45 G2 (second generation) Magazine Adapter:
Behold: The first ever adapter that allows you to use 1911 magazines of any caliber in a standard, unmodified AR-15 lower receiver…now boasting a new look, lighter weight, lower cost, and even better functionality, compatibility, and reliability in its G2 configuration.
By taking the radical approach of adapting the magazine to the rifle, our design yields a product that has no moving parts, permits the seamless use of the AR platform’s stock controls, is easy to install, hard to kill, and best of all: It’s easy on the wallet.
Each Model 19-15 G2 Magazine Adapter consists of an injection-molded Nylon 66 clamshell, two screws, and a precision CNC-machined fixed stainless ejector.
The MSRP of the Blind Squirrel Enterprises Model 19-45 G2 Magazine Adapter is $29.99. There is also a three-pack available for $79.99 and a bundle for $549.99 that includes a 16” complete .45ACP AR-15 upper, three magazine adapters, a speed loader, and a spare parts kit.
