TriggerTech Acquires Hawkins Precision

TriggerTech, based in Ontario (Canada), has acquired Hawkings Precision, based in Colorado (USA). TriggerTech’s acquisition offers several strategic benefits: Hawkins' Colorado Springs facility strengthens U.S. manufacturing for government and commercial clients.
Both companies also align in serving OEMs, distributors, and performance-focused users. The integration is expected to enhance supply chain efficiency, shared R&D, and service levels. TriggerTech expands its product line with Hawkins' premium rifle accessories, complementing its trigger systems.
