Those crazy Floridians are at it again! This time, they added another millimeter and created the Sub-2000 in 10mm. This joins the recent addition to the lineup of a 5.7x28mm model.

KelTec @ TFB:

KelTec’s Sub-2000 is a folding carbine that feeds from common pistol magazines. It has undergone several upgrades over the years and is currently sold as the Gen 3 model. This version includes a clever rotating handguard that allows optics mounting even when the gun is stowed in the folding position. It also includes a threaded barrel for suppressor mounting. This particular model feeds from Glock magazines from the G20 or G40, but other magazine patterns may come in the future.

The 10mm Sub2k is coming Summer 2025, with an MSRP of $599. Keep an eye out for it once short shorts season is upon us. The website only shows an MSRP for the black model, but there is an FDE version shown in the marketing pictures so more color options should be coming.

From the manufacturer:

“The KelTec SUB2000 GLK 10mm is a rugged, pistol-caliber carbine now chambered in 10mm Auto. Built upon the 3rd generation design, it features a rotating forend, allowing the gun to fold in half, optics and all. Compact, powerful, and versatile, it’s built for defense, the outdoors, and everything in between.
The SUB2000 GLK 10mm folds down to just over 16 inches for easy storage, and with the Gen 3 rotating forend, it folds up optics and all. Twist, click, and go!
The GEN 3’s modularity is extended by M-LOK accessory compatibility and plenty of picatinny rail space on top & bottom. M-LOK is the standard and the SUB2000 GEN3 has enough for all of your gadgets.”
