MDT Sporting Goods has expanded the ACC Premier GEN2 chassis lineup to include compatibility with Ruger 10/22 and Volquartsen rimfire rifles. This chassis offers precision shooters a robust, modular platform designed for rimfire competition and performance.

Drawing from the design of the ACC Elite, the ACC Premier GEN2 incorporates several enhancements to improve functionality and shooter experience. Just check the list below for a quick overview of improvements:

  • Taller integrated barricade stop for enhanced positional stability
  • Rigid forend design for increased durability and shot-to-shot consistency
  • Drilled forend with mounting points for NV and control bridges
  • Compact 15" forend to suit a wider range of barrel lengths, including rimfire setups
  • Expanded internal weight compatibility for optimal balance and recoil control
  • Wide, integrated thumb shelf for improved comfort and repeatable grip

  • Adjustable vertical grip for a tailored shooting experience
  • MDT SRS-X Lite Buttstock included for precise fitment and control
  • Spacer-adjustable cheek riser and length of pull
  • Trigger guard cutout for easy trigger tuning without disassembly.

In case these features sound interesting, here’s a list of rifle platforms that are supported:

  •  (including Bergara and clones)
  • Savage 110 SA
  • Tikka T3/T3x SA
  • Howa 1500 SA & Weatherby Vanguard SA
  • Ruger American SA
  • CZ 457 Rimfire (uses factory rimfire magazines; all others use AICS-pattern magazines)
  • Ruger 10/22
  • Volquartsen 10/22 Patterned Rifles

Frequent readers of TFB’s reviews might remember my project, where I put a Bergara B14-R .22LR rifle in an MDT ACC Elite Chassis. In my opinion, it looked a little silly to have a chassis that was longer than or as long as the barrel, so I put a suppressor to extend the length and silence the rifle. A so-called win-win situation. You can check the review here. Since the review, I’ve had plenty of friends try it out, and it’s a joy to shoot, and some even said the PRS-style shooting was the most fun they had in a long while.

I wish I had more .22LR rifles lying around. I heard that Ruger just lowered the price of their 10/22, and I think that would make an excellent marriage with this chassis.

Contemplating a new chassis? The price is $999.95, with three colors to choose from, with FDE being the obvious winner. Check out MDT’s direct link to the ACC: https://mdttac.com/ca/acc-chassis-system
