TFB Behind the Gun #187: Hush Holsters & the SKS Renaissance

It’s not a product that’s for everyone, but it’s one that I’m happy to support. Today on the podcast, we’ve brought back Spencer from HUSH Holsters, which has come back with a vengeance after a brief one-year hiatus. With the HUSH (Hush Universal Suppressor Holster) holsters flying off the printers with tons of satisfied customers, Spencer has turned his attention to the SKS platform. The SKS 2000, which you guys have seen here on the blog, has become extremely popular not just here in the US, but in Canada as well. Today, Spencer and I will talk about everything he and his small team have been up to for the last year, and also give us a sneak peek at things to come just around the corner for HUSH Holsters.

TFB Behind the Gun #187: Hush Holsters & the SKS Renaissance
Today on this episode of TFB's Behind the Gun podcast, we're back in the studio with the founder of HUSH Holsters, Specner Gottleib, to talk about some of his newest products and a massive expansion of his company into new territory. HUSH started a number of years ago as a dream of Spencer's to create a more practical and sensible holster for use with pistols that have suppressors attached to them. Seeing no good solutions that did what he wanted already on the market, he set out to 3D print his own, which eventually led to the first iteration of the HUSH Holster. After a short year-long hiatus, Spencer is back in the holster business again, along with new talent, and has a whole new generation of Universal Suppressor Compatible Holsters, along with a whole suite of aftermarket parts for the legendary SKS rifle. Today, Spencer and I will talk about all that and more to bring you guys up to date on the latest from HUSH Holsters.

I've a Yugoslavian M59 and and an Albanian. I sold all the rest. I see no worthwhile "upgrades" that make them work better than designed.
