POTD: The B&T Hush Puppy Glock 19 & Station SIX

Today’s Photo of the Day features the B&T Hush Puppy Glock 19, a purpose-built combination of pistol and suppressor designed for specialized use cases. Based on the Glock 19 platform, the system introduces a selectable operating mode that allows the shooter to lock the slide closed, effectively turning the pistol into a single-shot configuration. This reduces mechanical noise and prevents case ejection when required. With the switch disengaged, the pistol returns to standard semi-automatic operation.

The kit is supplied with an Aimpoint ACRO P-2 mounted deep within the slide, maintaining a low overall profile while allowing co-witness with iron sights. The compact suppressor measures approximately three inches in length and uses a wipe-based design, eliminating the need for a recoil booster while still providing sound reduction.

With the suppressor installed, the overall length approaches that of a Glock 34. Longer than the 19, but still very manageable. To compare, B&T’s Station SIX was also in the same “cage”, as well as the TP9 in the background.

Not sure why they'd put the Welrod knockoff in there, when the Hush Puppy proves how pointless it is. You'd think they'd want to avoid customers connecting the dots.

I was trying to figure out from the first pic how the transparent magazine loaded the gun thru the barrel just shy of the muzzle.
