POTD: Eight Shots of .357 - The S&W Performance Center 327
Capacity isn’t usually the headline with revolvers, but the Smith & Wesson Model 327 Performance Center changes that equation. With an eight-round cylinder in .357 Magnum, it pushes beyond the traditional six-shot format while keeping the revolver manual of arms intact. That alone makes it stand out in a market largely dominated by semi-autos for higher capacity.
Paired here with Hornady 140 gr FTX .357 Magnum ammunition, the setup leans toward practical performance with modern projectile design.
The surrounding gear adds to the overall picture: a Benchmade North Fork and a leather pistol wrap from Saddleback Leather, suggesting a blend of carry, storage, and presentation rather than a pure range configuration.
All of my firearms and knives have handles made out of plastic, and I’d really appreciate something made out of wood next.

Hey, lets make a gun in one caliber and give it the name of a similar but different caliber!
