Integrated Suppression - The New Daniel Defense Slate Spectre PCC
Having just returned from the IPSC PCC World Shoot in the Czech Republic, it’s no surprise I have a soft heart for high-performance PCCs. Enter Daniel Defense’s Limited Series Slate Spectre, built on the DDPCC platform, the Slate Spectre is described as taking things to the next level. Note the distinctive Midnight Chocolate Chip Cerakote finish.
It comes equipped with a match-grade Hiperfire trigger, a Steiner MPS red dot mounted on a Unity Tactical FAST mount, and a fully integrated, custom SilencerCo Spectre 9k suppressor. This is the first-ever Limited Series NFA-integrated release.
The package includes a standard magazine, a Magpul D-50 drum, a custom Protech knife, and a gunmetal grey Royal case. For sure, there will be some collectors going for this PCC.
The key features are:
- RECEIVERS: Ultra-compact platform is extremely portable and highly maneuverable; upper and lower receivers are significantly shorter than a standard AR15-style rifle
- LOWER RECEIVER: Fully ambidextrous lower enables the user to operate important pistol mechanisms without moving the dominant hand from the pistol grip
- MAG RELEASE: Proprietary push button mag release instead of paddle-style found on most PCCs
- BARREL: 8.3" Cold Hammer Forged barrel with 1:10 twist provides pinpoint accuracy and extended barrel life
- MUZZLE DEVICE: SilencerCo Spectre 9k Suppressor (CUSTOM)
- BUFFER: 2.5” hydraulic buffer significantly reduces recoil
- MAGAZINE: Utilizes readily available, affordable CZ Scorpion magazines in multiple capacities, which are easy to load without the use of a mag loader
- HANDGUARD: Lightweight, 7" DD4 rail with popular M-LOK attachment accepts a wide range of AR accessories for full customization to meet your mission requirements
- BRACE: Maxim Defense CQB Gen 7 Brace Assembly – Compact, rugged, and engineered for unflinching control, the industry standard for PDW setups
- PISTOL GRIP: Driven Arms Co VCG-L
- FLASHLIGHT: Modlite OKW 18350 Rifle Light Package
- SWITCH: Unity Tactical Axon SL switch and Gascap tailcap
This PCC runs the CZ Scorpion compatible magazines.
In the package, there’s also a Protech Custom Knife with the same custom Cerakote finish.
