The Pro-Tech x Daniel Defense knife brings a full-size automatic built for users who want speed and durability in a single carry knife. The Rockeye features a 3.38-inch DLC-coated MagnaCut drop point blade paired with Pro-Tech's button automatic action, delivering fast deployment with solid lockup. At 8.38 inches overall and 4.64 ounces, the knife balances heft and presence without excess weight.

For 25 years, Daniel Defense has built a reputation on the kind of hardware that ends up in special operations kits. To mark that milestone, the company is reaching back to one of its rarest chapters, a handguard so obscure it borders on myth. The GL/SSC, short for Grenade Launcher/Sound Suppressor Capable, was a slightly shortened version of the legendary RIS II rail, purpose-built for 12.5-inch barrel setups while retaining full M203 grenade launcher mounting capability.

Two rifles, same role, and found in the same competition with their proud owners. These rifles have been approached from slightly different directions and have been built around the Schmeisser Pro Hunter 18” and the Daniel Defense DDM4 V7 Pro - both configured as suppressed platforms.

Daniel Defense's extremely rare GL/SSC handguard is making a reappearance for the company's 25th anniversary. While it may look an awful lot like a RIS II rail, it is actually something much more niche. /here are all the details we know.

Custom & Collectable Firearms has introduced the 24KT Gold Daniel Defense MK18, a limited-edition release of just 50 sequentially numbered rifles. Each MK18 is chambered in 5.56 NATO and features a 10.3-inch barrel, offering the performance and reliability associated with the Daniel Defense name.

I am sure that by the time this Photo Of The Day goes online, all of the Daniel Defense RIPTIDEs will have been sold, despite the price of $4,499. Built on the compact and fast-handling DD4 PDW P chambered in 300 Blackout, this gun features an exclusive Sandoflauge Cerakote finish, evoking a striking coastal-inspired aesthetic.

It’s time for TFB’s Photo Of The Day, so let’s explain what we’re looking at. The rifle is a Daniel Defense from the DD4 family, which got itself a spray can job. The riflescope is the now-discontinued Zeiss V8 1.1-8x, with a 36mm tube. That’s a lot larger than most LPVOs, and it’s sad they don’t make it any longer, as it’s clearly one of the best LPVOs ever made. The secondary optic is a red dot from Shield Sights, all in a Spuhr Cantilever mount.

Daniel Defense teamed up with Clint “Magdump” Morgan, a Marine Reservist and staunch Second Amendment advocate, along with Gun Owners of America (GOA), to craft a purpose-driven MK18 pistol. This build is said to embody Morgan’s no-nonsense approach to firearms and supports GOA’s mission to defend constitutional rights, with a portion of each sale contributing to their efforts.

I don’t have a Daniel Defense, but a lot of my friends do and I see them on the range on a regular basis. I hear very few complaints, so it seems like they know how to build semi-autos. A few years back, as we evaluated some LPVO optics, we were shooting 55 grs at over 700 yards, with very confident hits with a DD.

Having just returned from the IPSC PCC World Shoot in the Czech Republic, it’s no surprise I have a soft heart for high-performance PCCs. Enter Daniel Defense’s Limited Series Slate Spectre, built on the DDPCC platform, the Slate Spectre is described as taking things to the next level. Note the distinctive Midnight Chocolate Chip Cerakote finish.

Daniel Defense has unveiled its latest addition to the Limited Series lineup: the Crocodile. The basis is a DDM4 V9 with a unique rattle can Cerakote finish. With a base of Stone Grey complemented by Crocodile and Magpul FDE accents, this rifle exudes a distinctive, aggressive look reminiscent of its namesake.

Hopefully, you won’t like this exact color and setup too much, because the IMPACT was a limited edition and is now sold out. The basis is a Daniel Defense Delta 5 Pro bolt-action rifle in 6.5 Creedmoor, but only 40 units of the IMPACT were ever built.
