[SHOT 2025] Daniel Defense Adds New PCC
Daniel Defense is getting in on the pistol caliber carbine scene with their aptly-named PCC. It's a 9mm straight blowback gun with a hydraulic recoil buffer. Pistol, rifle, and SBR models are available and in production now.

The DD PCC used CZ Scorpion magazines, and it ships with a CZ mag. Magpul Scorpion mags are also compatible with the PCC. Like the RIII series of DD ARs, the PCC incorporates fully ambidextrous controls.
Daniel Defense offers three versions of the PCC. One is a rifle with a 16-inch barrel and shoulder stock. The short barrel models have 8.3-inch barrels and can come with either a pistol brace or stock on the SBR model. The SBR version also includes a forward vertical grip. As with all of the rifles made by Daniel Defense, the PCC uses cold hammer forged steel. The muzzle threads are 1/2x28 for use with silencers or other muzzle devices.
DD's new releases are not limited to the PCC though. The H9 pistol may be adding some new colorways. Several options were on display, and they are looking for feedback on which ones people liked. I'm partial to OD green but be sure to let them know what color you want because it might happen.
