POTD: The Glock 45 MOS FS TB On A Bipod - And A Few More Insights
The Glock 45 in 9mm is today’s feature, and it’s pretty difficult to type up something creative, as I would have thought everyone knows everything about this pistol already. But perhaps not, so let’s begin with the basics, like it’s a striker-fired pistol with a compact slide on a full-size frame, holding 17+1 rounds (depending on magazine, of course). This length of barrel balances accuracy and ease of carry in a pretty sweet way.
The “FS” stands for front slide serrations and enhances friction for reloads and handling. “TB” stands for Threaded Barrel, and I can’t think of any reasons to buy a G45 in any other configuration. MOS for optics or an A-Cut with an Aimpoint is a given, too.
Why run a bipod? Well, someone was zeroing his red dot and thought this was a smart idea. That patch is marvelous.
The 9mm Parabellum is a great caliber to suppress. Suppressors made by A-Tec in Norway.
My next Glock will definitely be a G45, FS, TB with an A-Cut for Aimpoint COA. I’m not allowed to carry, but if I were, I’d go for a G43X A-Cut. What do you think about my logic and choice? Hit me up with your comments.

another good way to zero is start at 3 yards and either walk the target out to 5,7,10,13,15,20 etc or if it’s a outdoor range walk yourself back…
also I have found the wheeler green laser boresighter is the best investment I have made at $159. It magnetically attaches to the barrel or muzzle device and usually within 3 shots I’m right on the money for my trigger manipulation.
I think the Caldwell The Pistolero Shooting Rest is also a very good solution for adjusting your pistol or revolver.
