Lipsey's has some new models in the Ultimate Carry revolver family. These versions substitute rubber grips for the G-10 stocks seen on prior models. Keep reading for all the details.

Lipsey's @ TFB:

The Ultimate Carry revolver line made a splash when it debuted at SHOT Show 2025. These revolvers took the traditional Smith & Wesson J-frame revolver and updated it for the modern era. Improvements like the "Endurance Package" of upgraded internals, the omission of the locking mechanism loathed by so many people, and XS Sights that are miles better than older options set the UC series apart from predecessor models.

UC models come in .38 Special or .32 H&R Magnum, fitted with Hamre AFR or G10 stocks. These new models come fitted with "boot grips" from Smith & Wesson. The rest of the features remain the same.

Boot Grip models:

632 in .32 H&R, 6-shot, MSRP $679

432 in .32 H&R, 6-shot, MSRP $679

442 in .38 Special, 5-shot, MSRP $679

642 in .38 Special, 5-shot, MSRP $679

These models have MSRP points $80 lower than the same models with other grips.

The sights are regulated for use with commonly available ammunition. Bright Dot Tritium Front Sight – XS Sights® yellow ring with Tritium dot front sight and a dovetail black u-notch rear sight.

We gonna get an article on the new 10/22 models and the tons of models Ruger seemingly cut since they're no longer on their site?

They have only 19 models now, 6 of which are the new models, and 2 of the new models are just scoped variants.

Nice grips. Not listed at Smith & Wesson's site; anyone know if they are sold anywhere else?
