A Compact PDW to take on the Sig MCX Rattler? The B&T APC 300K

The B&T APC300 is a compact firearm chambered in .300 AAC Blackout (300 BLK), designed for both military and law enforcement applications. It operates on a short-stroke gas piston system, which is optimized for suppressor use and regulated via an adjustable gas valve. This design allows users to fine-tune the weapon's performance, especially during extended firing sessions or prolonged suppressor use.
The APC300 K features a 7-inch barrel and employs a hydraulic buffer system to reduce felt recoil and muzzle rise, enhancing control during rapid fire. The firearm is fully ambidextrous, with controls accessible from either side, catering to both left- and right-handed shooters. Its compact size and weight make it suitable for discreet deployment in various operational scenarios.
The "APC300 K" variant is a more compact version of the standard APC300, designed for situations where a smaller profile is advantageous without compromising performance. This model retains the core features of the APC300 but in a tighter, more maneuverable package.

The hydraulic buffer has the effect of bringing the bolt to a stop over a longer period of time, which the old Jim Sullivan designs (eg the Ultimax) achieved by extending the length of the receiver. Could B&T tune the hydraulic buffer for a specific bullet weight so that when the bolt slams forward and the next round fires in full auto you achieve constant recoil? For patent reasons you can't call it "constant recoil" but it would be worth asking about.
