POTD: Exclusive - Steen Defense SD-1 SPR (Special Purpose Rifle)

It’s always fun to present images on TFB’s Photo Of The Day that our readers cannot possibly have seen anywhere else or before. This is such an occasion, as these are brand new images of the Steen Defense SD-1 SPR, short for Special Purpose Rifle, that were never shown before.
The caliber is 5.56 NATO with an 18” barrel and a more precision-dedicated stock, DMR style.
The Steen Defense SD-1 SPR is designed and Made In Sweden, and it’s still in prototyping. This is the one and only rifle in existence so far.
The Trijicon sits firmly in a Spuhr SP-3022C mount, which has an extended cantilever that allows the scope to be mounted 70 mm/2.76” further forward than with a non-cantilever mount.
There’s quite a lot you can do with an LPVO optic, but for DMR shooting, I’d prefer a Schmidt & Bender 1-8x PM II Dual CC Shortdot, or for distances further out, the S&B Ultra Shorts 3-20x or 5-20x.
Below: Made in Eskilstuna, Sweden. Caliber: Multi. But you'd better only be using 5.56 in this configuration. The barrel fitting is proprietary.
The Steen Defense line-up continues to grow, with rifles and carbines focused for law enforcement and the military, and in calibers like 5.56 and 300 BLK and various colors and optics variants.
Personally, I’d like to see a DMR in 6mm Advanced Rifle Cartridge (6×38mm), or 6mm ARC for short. The .243 caliber at its finest?
What do you think of the Steen Defense design? Which calibers and configurations would you like to see? Tell us in the comments.

"The Swede"! (Obscure movie reference)
I'm liking the OD Green and FDE.
And what is this rifle's special purpose that makes it different from most other AR-15s out there? Is that a function of having a VFG on with a Bi-Pod at the same time? Is that what makes it Special?
