Ported .380 is like ported .22lr. Absolutely pointless.

It literally does not have enough gas pressure to move any noticable amount of pressure up do drive the gun down. Physics says no. This is silly and they should've kept the full length barrel to extract every last fps. Because with .380 you need every fps you can get.

You've clearly never shot one and you clearly don't understand the physics behind how a compensator works.

I do and i did. I have a compensated Springfield Hellcat OSP, a PMM comp on my PDP, and a compensated open gun in .38supercomp. The OSP is snappy with and without the comp, with the PDP at least you notice a difference but it wasn't bad to begin with, and the effect in the supercomp is profound. I also had a comp on a Ruger mk4, but it was so useless i removed it just to shorten it for quicker draw. I don't own a ported or comped .380 because it's silly. And i know it is silly because i actually do get the physics. If not much goes up, gun won't move down much.
