“Started in 2012, KynSHOT was formed with a calculator and pencil in a small back office in downtown Buffalo. When the founders came together, they realized that the hydraulic buffer could be improved upon. Utilizing technology that was developed for the aerospace and defense industry, KynSHOT was born and has flourished into the well known brand it is today. Since inception we have grown to a total of 10 employees and have expanded facilities to continue or state of the art manufacturing. Our founders come with over 40+ years of shock, vibration, and recoil mitigation experience with one of the the founders holding 35+ patents in the field today.”

    Is this effective or is it one more potential failure point being introduced to your firearm?

      It makes my AR-10 build shoot as soft as a 5.56 so definitely effective. It's also very well made and it's lasted me almost 10 years now. Probably still an extra failure point but I can't say if it's really any worse than a standard deadblow buffer.
