RCBS has a few new die options. The X-Die family has grown to include a 6.5 Creedmoor option, and several die sets in 25x47 Lapua. Keep reading for all the details.

Reloading @ TFB:

The RCBS X-Die differs from other reloading dies because it requires less trimming. The special sizing mandrel causes less case lengthening than other resizing dies. As a result, once cases are trimmed to the minimum spec, successive sizings will not cause enough lengthening to require additional trimmings. I have been using an X-Die in .223 for my competition service rifle loads, and it saves a ton of time, only having to trim each piece once.

RCBS already offers the X-Die for various calibers, but it is now available for the 6.5 Creedmoor as well. The MSRP for the new 6.5 Creedmoor X-Die is $67.49.

The other new addition to the RCBS lineup is the addition of 25x47 offerings. That cartridge takes the 6.5x47 Lapua and necks it down to .25 caliber. This is an answer to the rising popularity of the 25 Creedmoor, which offers similar ballistics.

There are three options in the lineup:

23901NEW 25x47 Lapua Full Length Die Set$58.74
23908NEW MatchMaster 25x47 Lapua Full Length Bushing Die Set$199.95

From the manufacturer:

“RCBS®, America’s Precisioneered TM reloading company, announces the expansion
of its patented and popular X-Die™ Series of dies with the addition of a 6.5 Creedmoor full
length sizer die.
Designed for reloaders who want maximum case life and minimum time spent trimming brass,
RCBS’s X-Die series features a patented mechanism that eliminates the need for repeated
trimming after initial case prep. Unlike standard full-length sizing dies, the X-Die uses a
specialized mandrel system that precisely limits case growth during sizing—saving time while
preserving critical dimensions for accurate shooting.”
