ZeroTech Optics has introduced the Vengeance HD 1–10×28 FFP LPVO, a new addition to its Vengeance series aimed at shooters seeking a single optic for both close-range and extended-distance use.

The scope features a 1-10× magnification range, allowing for rapid target acquisition at true 1× while providing increased precision at higher magnification levels. It is built around a 34mm tube and uses a first focal plane layout, ensuring that reticle subtensions remain consistent throughout the zoom range.

The optic is equipped with a glass-etched, illuminated RMG-L reticle, designed to support both fast engagements and more precise shot placement. Fully multi-coated lenses are included to enhance clarity and light transmission across the field of view.

Constructed for use on modern sporting rifles, the Vengeance HD 1–10×28 is offered in both Black and Flat Dark Earth finishes. The design is said to focus on durability and consistent performance across a range of shooting applications, including competition, tactical use, and hunting.

The key features in short:

  • First Focal Plane (FFP) RMG-L Reticle: Precise holdovers remain accurate at every magnification level.
  • 1–10× Versatility: True 1× performance for rapid target acquisition and extended reach at 10×.
  • 34mm Aircraft-Grade Aluminum Tube: Built for strength while providing generous adjustment travel.
  • Illuminated Reticle System: Segmented circle-dot illumination enhances speed and visibility in low-light conditions.
  • Wide Field of View: 120 ft at 100 yards on 1× allows shooters to maintain awareness and track targets quickly.
  • Capped Turrets with Zero Reset: Protected adjustments that return precisely to zero when needed.
  • Locking Dioptre Adjustment: Ensures the optic remains dialed in once set.
  • Compact 10.3-inch Design: Lightweight performance without unnecessary bulk.

With this release, ZeroTech adds another option in the growing segment of 1–10× LPVOs, a category that continues to gain traction among shooters looking for a versatile, all-in-one optic solution.

The price is $699 for both versions.

How important is the first focal plane in an LPVO for your use? And do you really need 10 power in an LPVO?
