Hornady Announces New Ammunition for 2026

The National Association of Sporting Goods Wholesalers (NASGW) has just named Hornady as the ammunition manufacturer of the year for the third consecutive year. That is quite a feat, and as we look at Hornady’s upcoming products for 2026, it’s clear they have no intention of stopping. The list of new products and part numbers is quite long, and if I try to make some sort of conclusion, I’d say the 2026 lineup broadens Hornady’s focus on precision and specialised hunting loads.

New projectile types are introduced, notably the heavy-for-caliber DGH for dangerous-game scenarios, AEROMATCH and additional ELD-VT/ELD-X/CX profiles, plus more subsonic and Frontier cartridge loadings. Overall, the range looks like it delivers greater cartridge diversity and purpose-built bullets for hunters, match shooters and specialised applications.
