Catalyst Arms Hardpoint & Bomb Rack Accessory Mounts for Ruger Mini-14
If you want to add Picatinny or M-LOK accessories to your Ruger Mini-14 without making any permanent changes to the gun, you may want to take a look at the new Hardpoint and Bomb Rack Mini-14/Mini-30 accessory mounts by Catalyst Arms. Both the Hardpoint, a 1913 rail section, and the Bomb Rack, an M-LOK extension, are attached to the gas block of the rifle, providing accessory mounting points in front of the handguard. Let’s take a quick look at each of these new Mini-14 accessories.
Ruger Mini-14 @ TFB:
Catalyst Arms Hardpoint Picatinny Rail Mount
“This is the easiest, most efficient, and best way to attach an accessory Picatinny Rail to your Mini-14®. It simply bolts to the gas block with no modifications to the rifle and provides a three-slot Picatinny rail for mounting lights, a bipod or other accessories. It also includes a push button QD sling swivel cup that can be mounted on either side. Add the Bomb Rack to the Hardpoint to add five M-LOK® slots to the Mini-14 or Mini-30. It is machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and made in the U.S.A.”
Catalyst Arms Bomb Rack M-LOK Rail Extension
“The Bomb Rack™ is an easy-to-add M-LOK® rail extension that supports multiple location choices to attach accessories such as lights, grips, bipods and other accessories. The Bomb Rack™ provides five total M-LOK® slots at the 3, 6 and 9 o'clock (one slot) positions. This gives shooters more options for the size and type of light, as well as the option of mounting more than one accessory at a time without interfering with the sling. The Bomb Rack™ is machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and made in the U.S.A.”
The Catalyst Arms Hardpoint Picatinny rail mount has an MSRP of $69.95 and the Bomb Rack M-LOK mount costs $64.95. You can also purchase the two together as a bundle for $129.95, saving five bucks. Both mounts are available in black or gray color options. For more information, visit the company’s website.
