Wheelgun Wednesday: The Adrenaline by Korth

Welcome back to Wheelgun Wednesday, TFB’s weekly article series where we discuss everything revolving around gats with cylinders. Today’s episode is a report about the release of a new limited edition Korth revolver dubbed The Adrenaline. The revolvers made by this German company are brought to the stateside by Nighthawk Custom and this particular model is made exclusively for the US market. Let’s take a closer look.
Wheelgun Wednesday @ TFB:
“Named for the surge that defines high-stakes scenarios, the 2.75” Adrenaline features a chemically accurate engraving of the adrenaline molecule—a subtle but powerful tribute to the intensity of real-world defensive situations.”
Chambered in .357 Magnum, the Adrenaline is a six-shot wheelgun. The hexagonal patterns and chemical formulae are deep etched and then hand-painted red. The grips are made of black carbon fiber with a 3D pattern and red accents complementing the color combination of the etching and surface finish of the metal parts. The revolver is equipped with a red fiber optic front sight.
The Adrenaline revolver can be found on Nighthawk Custom’s website and it has a price tag of $6,699.99. Only 40 Korth Adrenaline revolvers will be made.
If you like the Korth brand and the configuration of this revolver but are not into limited edition guns or don’t want your wife to get adrenaline rush when she finds out you spent $6.7K on a gun, Korth has a .357 Magnum wheelgun of similar size, the Mongoose 2.75” Carry Special, that is relatively more affordable ($3,799).
The companies’ attempts to create non-classic engraving motifs in combination with the use of non-traditional materials often leave a lot to be desired in terms of aesthetics. In my opinion, this Korth project is executed quite tastefully. Let us know in the comments section what you think about The Adrenaline by Korth.

I would not look at it as an investment. More like a waste of money.
You really must be joking because obviously this gun is no more than any 357 magnum and thats all it is you can talk aesthetics truth is it still is just a 357 magnum pistol
Hot Gat NOT.... Fudd Crap, Yep!
Anyone who has purchased an EpiPen (epinephrine auto injector) knows just how expensive adrenaline is, so by weight (if it were real adrenaline) the $6.7k is a steal. If you like the esthetics (I don't) and have money to burn, go for it and ignore the poors who criticize its value. Handle a Korth revolver and you will know the trigger is as good or better than what you can get from S&W and the construction is as solid as any modern snake gun. With Nighthawk Custom standing behind the product you can be sure that in the unlikely event there is a problem, it will be handled with a smile and without argument.
