Primary Arms continues to expand its array of high-end rifle scopes. The latest models are higher-magnification models that still maintain the smaller footprints of the Compact PLXc family. These premium scopes promise a lot of capability in a small package.

Primary Arms Optics has added a new tier to its PLx Compact lineup with the 1.5-12x36 FFP RDB, a first focal plane rifle scope built around Japanese extra-low dispersion glass on a 30mm chassis. The new optic extends the magnification range beyond what the existing PLx Compact offerings deliver, while keeping the form factor that made those scopes popular with hunters and competitors alike.

Primary Arms Optics has released the SLx 1x MicroPrismT, an updated version of their popular 1x MicroPrism built around an H1/T1-compatible footprint. The practical upshot: it works out of the box with the wide range of aftermarket mounts and risers already in most shooters' collections.

The new Primary Arms HTX-1 is a fully enclosed pistol red dot that has a robust chassis based mounting system, and Primary Arms went to great lengths to insure as many components in the dot are made in the United States, with final assembly being done at their facility in Houston, Texas.

Primary Arms has announced the PLX HTX-1, an enclosed-emitter reflex sight that seeks to set a new standard for American-made optics. Yes, this is the first completely American-made Primary Arms optic produced in the company’s home base of Houston, Texas. While setting new standards is a tall order, Primary Arms has given me reason to believe for years, and the HTX-1 is looking really good on paper, with features I find particularly desirable.
