The Big Beautiful Bill’s changes to American silencer regulation mean that tax stamps will become free at the beginning of next year. This has led to a huge slowdown in silencer sales as potential buyers “keep their powder dry” (pun intended) for the beginning of next year. In response, sales incentives are about to try and get the product moving. Let’s take a look at some of the current sales and promos that are available.

Silencer Shop

On certain silencer purchases, Silencer Shop is offering a free tax stamp. All you have to do is order a silencer from the promo list, and the free tax stamp will be automatically applied to your cart. This is even true of backordered silencers that are part of the promotion. There is no specific end date for this incentive.

LMT Advanced Technologies is offering free tax stamps on its ION series of silencers. Purchases directly from LMT, or from their partners Guns.com, Sportsman’s Warehouse, MidwayUSA, and Silencer Central qualify. Use the promo code “stamp” during checkout on orders from LMT.

Silencer Central

Silencer Central is also offering free tax stamps on a wide range of suppressors. Just use the promo code STAMP at checkout to take advantage of this offer. It runs for a limited time, but no specific end date is listed.

Dead Air

Through the end of October, Dead Air is offering a $300 gift credit with the purchase of a silencer. You can submit purchases made during the promo period (Sept. 1 to Oct. 31) until November 15th. Promo credits expire on January 31, 2026, if not used by that date. There should be plenty of time to use the credits because Dead Air expects to provide the discount codes within two days of document submission.

This promo applies to silencers regardless of where they are purchased, so vendors like Silencer Shop also mention this deal on their website. Note that the Mask and RDX22Ti silencers are both excluded from this promotion.

SilencerCo

SilencerCo’s Big Beautiful Credit offers a $200 credit with the purchase of a silencer. To claim this credit, fill out the form on the SilencerCo website and upload a copy of your Form 4. There is no limit on the number of submissions so you can stack these credits and possibly even buy another silencer if you buy enough silencers.

This promotion runs through October 31st, so make sure you make your purchase before Halloween. All documents must be uploaded by November 10th, and the gift credit must be used by November 15th. This promo started on July 4th, so if you purchased a silencer after that date but before reading this article, be sure you file!
