Today’s Photo Of The Day has plenty of exclusive images of the Heckler & Koch HK433 PDW 9” in 5.56x45 NATO to share. This PDW is not published on HK’s website yet, and the only technical specification around was in German. We did our best to translate what’s going on over and under the metal and polymer.

    The magazine angle looks odd.

    Know damn well it's gonna cost 5K. And they're a wee bit late to the market. The bloody thing was made almost a decade ago, and now there's ample competition, with brands that are more friendly to the civilian market.

      Even when the 433 was first announced there was ample competition. Just a sample list of the extruded aluminium AR-18 inspired rifles on the market or in development at the time the 433 was first announced: SCAR, Bren 2, Howa Type 20, MSBS Grot, ACR, ARX160...
