POTD: MSBS Grot A3 Rifle Gets the VIP Treatment in Kielce
Trade show booths don't usually draw a head of state, but the opening day of MSPO 2026 in Kielce, Poland's largest defense industry exhibition, did exactly that. Poland's president stopped by the Radom arms manufacturer's stand to examine a display example of the MSBS GROT3 rifle, marketed there as combat-proven, a reputation earned after GROT carbines were among the first weapons shipped to Ukrainian forces following Russia's invasion.
It's the kind of endorsement that would make any product manager jealous: a rifle getting a walkthrough from the country's top official instead of just another trade-show visitor snapping photos.
The booth also displayed the GROT chambered in 7.62x51mm, a 40x46mm grenade launcher, VIS 100 pistols, the new MPS pistol family, and an early prototype light machine gun still working through testing alongside Polish military research institutes. We’re looking at Łucznik Arms Factory Radom’s LKM Light Machine Gun in 5.56x45mm, which would be the first for most if not all our readers?

MSBS was supposed to come stateside this year.
I like the idea of this and the Bren but limited after market support or factory parts always keeps me from buying.
