POTD: CNC Firearms Faxon Exclusive .338 ARC Pistol
Photo Of The Day: We are looking at the CNC Firearms Faxon Exclusive AR-15 pistol, one of a sequentially numbered run limited to just 1 of 338 builds. Chambered in .338 ARC, this compact pistol is said to marry large-bore ballistics with a maneuverable footprint, a rare combination aimed equally at serious shooters and collectors. The images highlight the 12.5-inch Faxon Match Series Gunner Profile threaded barrel and MuzzLok muzzle device, the lightweight Faxon X-TRA Lite receiver set, and the 10-inch M-LOK handguard with full-length Picatinny for mounting optics and accessories.
We don’t have any closeups, but you can see the Hiperfire EDT3 trigger, ambidextrous controls, and the numbered receiver finish that underscores the model’s exclusivity. You may notice ergonomic touches such as the B5 grip, enhanced trigger guard, and the Magpul brace.
Rugged yet lightweight, the pistol is said to be suited to roles from accurate short-platform shooting to compact defensive setups. Optic, light, and suppressor are not included in the package.
I don’t have a .338 ARC of any kind, and I probably never will. But I’m quite curious how it shoots and performs.
