Faxon Firearms has released its new HARMONIX suppressor line, designed to balance effective sound suppression with low backpressure. Using advanced materials and 3D printing, these suppressors feature complex internal designs that improve sound reduction and gas flow, resulting in a smoother shooting experience across various firearms and calibers.

Faxon Firearms @ TFB:

Faxon Harmonix ION 5.56 Cal Rifle Suppressor priced at $975.
The line includes two models, Harmonix Sentry and Harmonix ION, available in three configurations: .36 caliber, .30 caliber, and dedicated 5.56. All are compatible with HUB mounts and come with a direct thread mount for easy attachment.

The HARMONIX Sentry is 3D-printed from aerospace-grade Haynes 282, a high-performance superalloy known for extreme strength and thermal stability.

The HARMONIX ION is made from ultra-lightweight, 3D-printed Grade 5 titanium, built for shooters who demand performance without the weight.

“I'm incredibly proud of the time, effort, and attention to detail the team poured into this project.” said Joey O’Gara, CEO of Faxon Firearms. “After countless hours of testing and design refinement, they truly stepped up—and the final product is a testament to their dedication and hands-on commitment.”

Faxon Harmonix Sentry .36 Cal Rifle Suppressor, priced at $1,099.

By leveraging 3D printing, Faxon claims they have created suppressors with precise internal structures that enhance performance without compromising reliability, making the HARMONIX line a versatile option for shooters.

“Suppressor design is a balancing act and usually requires compromises. Sound reduction, flow – backpressure and cleanliness, weight, price. You need to choose between a number of priorities.” said Jay Wilson, Director of Product Management. “On Harmonix, we tried to prioritize it all, and I think these cans deliver.”

Seems like everybody's making a can now. Hopefully flooding the market will bring the obnoxious prices down on low back pressure cans.
