The all-new ADX (Advantage X) ambidextrous 10/22 receiver from TANDEMKROSS is equal parts pure function and pure fun. Mossberg has officially launched its Professional LE Shotgun Series at SHOT Show 2025, refining its law enforcement and tactical shotgun lineup with enhanced durability, upgraded sights, and improved ergonomics. The new 590A1 Professional, 940 Pro Tactical Professional, and 590M Breacher Professional Series shotguns bring upgraded finishes, optics-ready receivers, and premium coatings for extreme reliability. These models are built for professionals who demand the best in their duty or defensive shotguns.

Bul Armory has unveiled the TAC COMP, a new addition to its SAS2 lineup, designed for competition and tactical use. Chambered in 9mm, it features a 5” hybrid V6 ported compensator barrel, stainless steel frame, and full-size grip for enhanced control and accuracy. The BAO multi-footprint optic system allows for compatibility with popular red dots, while CNC-machined walled safeties and a black serrated sight setup provide a refined shooting experience. With a 20+1 capacity and a light 3.2 lb trigger, the TAC COMP is built for precision and speed. 

Dead Air has introduced the Sandman X at SHOT Show 2025, marking the next step in the evolution of its well-regarded Sandman suppressor series. Built with a 3D-printed Haynes 282 construction, the Sandman X is designed to minimize backpressure, reduce muzzle flash, and provide effective sound suppression across semi-auto and full-auto platforms. It features Dead Air’s HUB socket for broad mounting compatibility and an interchangeable front cap system. We take a closer look at its design, performance, and what sets it apart from previous models. 

Lead & Steel's Pandora PB-3 is a fully enclosed micro red dot optic designed with durability and practicality in mind. Built with a 7075-T6 aluminum housing and lens-sealing plates, the PB-3 features a 3 MOA red dot displayed through a 21x17mm window, which is 30% larger than many competitors. It uses the ACRO P2 footprint for compatibility and includes recessed controls to prevent accidental adjustments. The PB-3 introduces a multi-reticle system and Patent Pending Aurawake technology, with seven daylight and three night vision settings. The optional Ghost Adapter Plate enables mounting to RMR slides while keeping the optic's profile comparable to direct milling. Designed for both pistols and sub-guns, the PB-3 offers versatility for professional and competitive use.

​  @BallisticAviation  is speaking with Jordan from Meprolight to discuss their all-new MVO series of magnified optics - a first for Meprolight's 35th Anniversary as a company. The new magnified optics lineup will include a 1-8x28 FFP LPVO, 3-18x44 FFP medium magnification scope, and a behemoth 6-36x56 FFP high magnification riflescope. All of these new optics will be made in Taiwan with German SCHOTT glass, and feature a full suite of locking windage and elevation turrets, zero stops, and illumination options.

Although Fletcher Rifle Works has historically only made firearms, this year,  @BallisticAviation  is speaking with Paul Fletcher about his new line of rimfire and centerfire suppressors, which are available now. Brand new for 2025 is the enclosed emitter MCO PRO carbine optic which ships with several mounts, while the updated M22 PRO comes with a new light module for extending its capabilities beyond what is typical of the passive-only version. Finally, the TRU-Vision has received its own update in the form of an improved shake-awake feature, as well as a new selectable reticle. Finally, the STING, Meprolight's own LAM, is finally available for civilian purchase.

​  @hammy3dprints  is a small-batch online-only on-demand 3D Printer who has come out with some of the community's simplest and most innovative 3D printing solutions for firearms storage and gun accessorization. For SHOT 2025, Hammy has brought out some samples of his work and is here to tell us about his process of turning out custom 3D printed parts faster than you’d get them from any major manufacturer, and at a lower cost than is typical for most retail firearms parts and accessories.

MEAN Arms has introduced the MAUL Bearing Delay Upper, a cutting-edge 9mm upper receiver designed to enhance performance for pistol caliber carbine (PCC) enthusiasts and competitive shooters. Building upon their innovative Bearing Delay system, the MAUL offers a lightweight carrier and carbon fiber handguard to minimize recoil and reduce reciprocating mass.
