Bergara Gets Into The Silencer Game With The BTi30
Spanish riflemaker Bergara is joining the ranks of the silencer manufacturers. The new BTi30 is a 3D-printed titanium can with HUB mounting. Let’s take a look at all of the features.

The BTi30 name sums up some of the main features. This is a titanium suppressor in .30 caliber. What the name doesn’t reveal is that it is rated up to .300 RUM on a 16-inch barrel. Bergara includes two front endcaps with the BTi30, one vented and one closed. The vented option allows forward gas escape, reducing backpressure for consistent semiautomatic operation.
Like most suppressors these days, the BTi30 has industry-standard HUB mounting. 1.375x24 threads on the back of the silencer allow it to fit mounts from other manufacturers as well. The included mount is threaded 5/8x24 as would be expected on a 30-caliber suppressor.
The BTi30 is 6.5 inches long, 1.75 inches in diameter, and weighs in at 12.9 ounces. There are three color options: black, grey, and FDE. All three retail for $1,099. We will probably be seeing this model up close and personal at SHOT Show 2026, so be sure to check back for full show coverage starting January 19th.
From the manufacturer:
“The BTi30 is purpose-built for shooters who demand precision, reliability, and adaptability. Featuring interchangeable vented or sealed end caps, a HUB-compatible mounting system, and external fluting for enhanced cooling, the BTi30 delivers consistent performance across multiple platforms. Each unit receives a premium C-Series Cerakote finish, available in Graphite Black, Tactical Grey, or Flat Dark Earth, to ensure lasting protection and refined appearance.”
