Belt-Fed Midgard Grenade Launcher at HK Booth | Enforce Tac 2025

At Enforce Tac 2025, Heckler & Koch showcased the Midgard Remote Controlled Weapon Station (RCWS) equipped with the HK GMG (Granatmaschinengewehr) automatic grenade launcher. This belt-fed 40×53mm system delivers a cyclic rate of approximately 340 rounds per minute with an effective range of up to 1,500 meters. The Midgard RCWS enhances crew safety by enabling remote operation, making it a formidable addition to armored platforms. Check out this powerful integration of firepower and technology at the HK booth.

I need one of these on my Tesla.
I'm not questioning how good this new system functions , logically there'd have
to be extensive testing. The thing which seems a little obvious, is this is a large
system and if this were mounted on a Humvee or similar vehicle, even the
larger ones out there now, its like a huge moving target, just aim for the big
launcher on top of the vehicle. Larger but slower moving tracked vehicles
such as the common soviet/russian types (MT-LB, BMD, BMP) or western
design could be ideal places to mount it since they carry heaviet armor
protection and have more mobility over rough terrain than a wheeled design
does .
