Savage Arms Now Offers The Model 334 In Camo And New Calibers
Firearm manufacturer Savage Arms now offers its popular Model 334 bolt action rifle in a Mossy Oak Terra Gila camo stock and five calibers. The Model 334, a long-time benchmark for value and performance, has evolved with the addition of chamberings in .30-06 Springfield and .270 Winchester. The new calibers are available in all variants of the lineup including Walnut and Synthetic stock models, ensuring versatility and the perfect fit for every shooter.

The Savage Model 334 offers a range of features making it an excellent option for shooters of all levels. A 60-degree bolt lift with three locking lugs ensures smooth and reliable operation in addition to an ergonomic stock and recoil pad providing enhanced comfort and control for a more enjoyable shooting experience.
The Model 334 also features a free-floating, button-rifled dark gray cerakote carbon steel barrel with an 11-degree target crown delivering exceptional accuracy. A matching dark gray cerakote carbon steel receiver with an integrated recoil lug enhances durability and ensures reliable function in any shooting conditions. The three-round detachable box magazine provides fast and easy reloading, while a 3-position safety inspires added peace of mind in the field.
The new camouflage Savage Model 334 features a steel Picatinny Rail for mounting optics and the included pair of sling swivel studs further enhance adaptability to varying shooting scenarios.
MSRP on the Savage Model 334 ranges from $389 with the black synthetic stock to $509 with the walnut stock and tops off at $529 for the Mossy Oak Terra Gila camo.

How are any new rifles being released without a threaded barrel!? If you don't need it, it doesn't matter but many won't buy a new rifle without threads...

My fuddish leanings say that you don’t evolve to the all-American long action chamberings above, you START with them.
