Photo Of The Day, and we have the pleasure to discover Sharp Shot Studios work. Check out this sleek AR-15 build hovering above the river. This setup is built for performance, with a BCM 14.5” MK2 BFH upper paired with a SureFire Scout Pro light and Modlite OKW head for low-light dominance. The SureFire muzzle brake keeps the recoil in check, while the Radian Raptor LT charging handle and Sparrow Dynamics finger stop ensure smooth handling. BCM rail covers and a Stoic Solutions Barricade Bag (slim version) add some practicality. They look great for DMR/PRS.

Note that the description of the rifle only fits the featured image of this article, and there are some build changes in the other photos - just like you would expect as builds evolve.

Below you can see one of MK Machining’s Anti-Reflection Device Scope Caps, like we told you about before. Guess who took their product photos?

The Aero Precision M4E1 lower is tricked out with a Geissele 2-stage trigger for crisp pulls, a Sparrow Dynamics ambi-safety, and a Magpul BAD lever for quick mag changes. The Driven Arms Co SCG grip and B5 Sopmod stock, wrapped in Reese Wraps Cordura, offer comfort and durability. A Law Tactical folder and Subrevtech bag rider make this rig versatile for any scenario.

Topping it off, the optics setup is a beast: a Holosun 515GM for rapid target acquisition and a Nightforce ATACR 1-8 with FC-DMx reticle for precision at any range, mounted on Reptilia 34mm AUS and ROF. From the range to the field, this AR-15 seems very ready to run, and the images are superb.

LPVO in 30mm tubes aren't going to be good for shooting in low light about anytime, but there are better and worse options.

It looks to me like the guy has a 12 Lb. rifle that can't deliver 1000 Ft. Lbs. out to 100 Yds. I'll take my H & K 91 any time.
