CMC Triggers has added a drop-in trigger designed specifically for Glock Gen6 pistols, the latest platform addition to the Fort Worth-based company's growing lineup of precision trigger upgrades. The Gen 6 Drop-In Trigger is a self-contained, one-piece assembly that installs without requiring a trigger housing, covering the G17, G19, G19X, G26, G34, and G45.

Built from 8620 alloy steel and S7 tool steel, the trigger is engineered for clean take-up, a defined break, and a positive reset. CMC describes the design as bringing the ergonomics and performance of its field-proven trigger platform to Gen 6 Glock handguns, with applicability across duty, training, and competition use.
"The Gen 6 Glock Trigger reflects our continued focus on delivering performance where it matters most, at the interface between the shooter and the firearm," a CMC Triggers representative said. "We've engineered this system to provide a consistent feel shot after shot, while maintaining the reliability standards our customers expect."
The trigger ships without a housing, which keeps the price down for shooters who already have one on hand or plan to source one separately. CMC backs the product with its lifetime warranty.
