Bergara’s New BTi30 Titanium Suppressor
BPI Outdoors / Bergara Rifles has announced the launch of the Bergara BTi30, a U.S.-designed and manufactured titanium suppressor aimed squarely at precision shooters and hunters who prioritize consistency and repeatability. Rather than focusing solely on sound reduction, the BTi30 was developed to address point-of-impact shift, pressure management, and platform adaptability.
Constructed from Grade 5 titanium, the BTi30 weighs 12.9 ounces and measures 6.5 inches in length with a 1.75-inch diameter. It is rated up to .300 RUM on a 16-inch barrel and is intended for use across a wide range of precision rifle platforms. Bergara states the suppressor is engineered to minimize POI shift and can tighten group sizes by up to 25 percent compared to traditional suppressors or unsuppressed rifles.
A key feature of the BTi30 is its interchangeable end-cap system. Shooters can choose between a vented end cap, designed to reduce peak blast-chamber pressure and decrease blowback to the shooter and bolt face, or a sealed end cap optimized for maximum sound suppression. End caps can be swapped easily using a standard 5/8-inch socket, allowing the suppressor to be configured for different shooting environments or priorities.
The BTi30 uses the industry-standard 1.375×24 HUB mounting interface, providing compatibility with direct-thread, taper-mount, and quick-detach systems. Each suppressor ships with a muzzle-indexing mount that references the crown rather than the barrel shoulder, a design intended to reduce alignment issues and improve repeatability. External fluting is incorporated to aid cooling during sustained fire.
Here’s a video presenting the BTi30.
Finished in C-Series Cerakote®, the BTi30 is ultrasonic-cleaner safe and is available in Graphite Black, Tactical Grey, or Flat Dark Earth colors. The suppressor carries an MSRP of $1,099 and is backed by Bergara’s limited lifetime warranty.

Overall, this has the appearance of a really good-looking suppressor. What’s your verdict?
