TrueTimber Partners With LWRCI On New .350 Legend And 5.56 AR-15

TrueTimber has announced a new partnership with LWRCI on a pair of new rifles that will be sold at Bass Pro Shops and Cabela’s. The two are teaming up to offer the LWRCI’s Individual Carbine Direct Impingement (IC-DI) rifle chambered in .350 Legend and 5.56x45mm NATO in TrueTimber Prairie camo.

TrueTimber and LWRCI staff recently traveled to the South Carolina Lowcountry along with members of the media and Army Veteran Josh Lackey to test the rifles on a whitetail hunt. The event took place at the South Carolina Waterfowl Association and left those who attended with a palpable appreciation for what the group is doing for hunters in general, including introducing and training young hunters of the future. With many states and counties across America instituting straight-wall cartridge rules on hunters, the .350 Legend just made sense, and if you’re going to make that, why not a matching varmint version in 5.56 NATO?
