BUL Armory has made a name for itself in the high-end production 1911 market. This year, they showed off several new products at SHOT Show 2026. Let’s take a look at the details.

BUL @ TFB:

The Fireball is a 2011 set up as an out of the box open class competition pistol. If there is a mechanical way to gain an advantage in competition, this gun probably has it. The MSRP is $3950 and includes three magazines. It also includes four optics plates and several recoil spring options for fine-tuning.

Two features seen on the Fireball will also be available as accessories. The Link Trigger System offers a wide range of trigger shoes that switch out easily with a single screw and no disassembly of the gun. It takes less than 30 seconds to switch from a flat-face trigger to a curved trigger, or any other offered configuration. Shooters who customize every little detail of their race gun will have an easier time testing trigger shoe shapes and lengths to see what provides them with the best performance.

The Pyrus Thumbrest Kit attaches to the side of the pistol and offers a very large thumb rest pad for driving the pistol during recoil. The pad location is adjustable for a range of locations and angles using the various mounting points. Yes, lefty shooters, it is reversible for your use as well. There is also a Pyrus Optic Mount that has the same thumb rest, but also adds an optic mounting surface and BAO optics mounting plates. It is also compatible with pistols that have the C-More optic mounting screws installed in the frame.

The 1911 SOF is a 9mm, Commander-length pistol with many upgrades over a run-of-the-mill 1911. The 4.25-inch bull barrel sits above a standard accessory rail for mounting lights or lasers. The SOF Pro adds V8-style porting to the barrel. BUL incorporates the BAO optics mounting system and includes a range of popular mounting plate options like RMR, RMSc, and DPP. MSRP for the SOF is $1950 in silver or black PVD, and $2150 for the SOF Pro. Both models include three magazines.

Well, a hole here and a hole there everywhere a hole in barrel and slide cuts. Every hole drill and slide cut can get expensive for $3950. Without the holes and slide cuts minus giant (superhuman) thumb rest. Maybe $3000.

Down and to the right. Pretty huge gas pedal.

how do you see anything but massive amounts of metal from the magazine well adapter and a zillion holes everywhere. I can't focus on anything other than those two features.
