[SHOT 2025] Jacob Grey TWC Hex

Jacob Grey Firearms has a new high-end 9mm 2011 pistol in their lineup. The TWC Hex adds even more premium features, most notably a ported barrel and slide, to the already successful TWC platform. And possibly best of all, it is available for purchase now.

The TWC line of pistols starts with the TWC 9, which retails for $2,499. It is the most affordable member of the family, but it is hardly a base model, as shown in our review of that pistol. Stepping up comes the TWC Black, and then the TWC Hex is at the top end of the range. It has a stainless steel bull barrel and a 3.5-pound trigger pull. Unlike many other 2011-style pistols, the lower is CNC machined from aluminum. Tall sights are standard, and the front sight includes a contrasting dot with a tritium insert. Optics mounting plates are also included for common red dot patterns.
Purchasers can select from several options for their TWC Hex. Frames come in black, green, or FDE. Barrels come in black nitride or rose gold finishes. For those in ban states, the standard 17-round magazines can be replaced with 10-rounders. The retail price for the TWC Hex is $3,499, and it is in production now and available for order.
