POTD: The Kastinger Brass Catcher

Photo Of The Day and we get a detailed look of the French Kastinger brass catcher, which is engineered to provide a constant, unobstructed view of the ejection chamber while capturing all of the spent casings as you work your way through the magazine.

The system is said to be compact and ergonomic and designed for comfortable use during both static and dynamic shooting, with no interference for either right- or left-handed users. It’s compatible with the French Army’s HK416 and mounts easily to the side Picatinny rail using a secure clip-on system.

It makes the HK416 look like a Minimi machine gun.

It features a 30-round capacity bag with a zippered opening for quick and easy emptying.

By eliminating the need to manually collect brass—regardless of weather or ground conditions—this accessory helps optimize training time and efficiency.

There's probably a big quality difference here. One is probably designed to last longer than the other. So.. with that said let me introduce you to the Hi-Point AR15. watch?v=TQ29CbXxIEk

That's an awful lotta latticework to accomplish the same effect we used to get with a coathanger and a mesh citrus bag.
