Stealth Project Suppressors Acquired by Alliance Outdoor Group
“The AOG team is very excited to add Stealth into its family. This deal brings together a solid and experienced team with the greatest suppressor technology on the market today. Our focus is building larger US manufacturing facilities, investing heavily into R&D, and expanding Stealth’s reach through the AOG’s network. The hard work our integration teams have completed the last few months has allowed us to provide a seamless transition for employees and customers.”
Stealth Project fits the AOG portfolio of brands that are known to be quiet and effective; Rambo Bikes, X-Stand Treestands, and Sniper Treestands. The move to acquire Stealth Projects first started in 2020 and was recently finalized. Stealth Project is committed to bring the best sound suppression in the gun industry and looks forward to a bright future.
Stealth Project Suppressors use a patented canted helical design which supposedly eliminates many of the problems that you have with traditional suppressor designs that use baffles. This design also means that baffle strikes are impossible. Their acquisition by Alliance Outdoor group should lead to increased funding for research and development as well as building larger U.S. manufacturing facilities.

Ported tube suppressor designs are old school.
Then people came up with the stacked cones, K’s, omegas, and mouse holes bc it trapped the sound better by creating maximum turbulence… basically acting like a 3D Tesla valve for air.
Now we are trapping air/pressure (and noise) too well, so we go back to ported tubes, bigger bores, or some semi-gimmicky (but more innovative) “flow through suppressors”.
Funny how the pendulum swings.
Pretty Sure Stealth Project is a Wisconsin based company and a quick search of registered WI LLC's confirms this fact. That is to say, the Badger State not that dirty rodent gopher state should get the credit. Kidding kinda, I'm just a proud Wisconsinite here and I know the founder Mike Slack as an acquaintance (we're from the same hometown) and got to handle some of his silencers a few years ago when he was setting up his LLC a few years ago. He also has supported local youth shooting events.
These are really nicely made and yes they work.
Here is an early test video to back up the baffle strike claims: https://www.youtube.com/wat...
In short I'm really proud to see a hometown guy building a great product starting in a shop in his farm, refining it and now getting recognition for it on major platforms and reviewers. Hopefully this move will get him the support of a larger company to make it in a big way. America is awesome like that. Now I have to set up my NFA trust, save up for the tax stamp and the can before my wife can find something to spend the money on!
