Tyrant Designs is at it again with more aftermarket pistol accessories, this time, for some H&K pistols. Tyrant Designs has just announced the launch of its new H&K VP9/VP40 Flared Magwell. This magwell will be precision machined from aluminum and will feature a simple and non-permanent installation. The magwell features an extended funnel that helps guide magazines into place for smoother reloads under stress.

The latest aftermarket gun part from the folks at Tyrant Designs CNC is here just before SHOT Show 2023! The new SIG Sauer P365 Extended magazine release from Tyrant Designs is machined from high-quality aluminum and provides the user with a much larger surface area to make use of the magazine release which should translate to more consistent and faster reloads.

Rounding out the trio of new NexGen AR-15 parts from Tyrant Designs is the new AR-15 NexGen Handguard. Tyrant Designs claims that the new handguard is the “most advanced and ergonomic handguard on the market today.” The new handguard like the rest of the NexGen AR-15 series of parts features rubber overmolded portions for a better grip and a removable M-LOK slot scale for out-of-the-box user customization.

Added to their rapidly growing lineup of aftermarket Gucci AR-15 parts is the new AR-15 NexGen Buttstock from Tyrant Designs CNC. The new buttstock follows a lot of the same design cues as the rest of Tyrant Designs’ other aftermarket parts and features aggressive angles, stylized highlights, and comfortable rubber molding for an aesthetically pleasing yet functional buttstock for your AR rifle.

Ambidextrous charging handles can be extremely useful (especially for wrong-handed people). The folks over at Tyrant Designs have just unveiled their newest offering for the AR-15 market with their new NexGen charging handle. The new charging handle features a simple design that incorporates some deliberate design choices to make it an actual enhancement to your AR-15 rather than just a style choice.

Tyrant Designs is expanding its lineup of aftermarket handgun parts for H&K’s line of auto-loading pistols with their new CNC machined +5 magazine extensions. These new mag extensions are easily installed with no tools and will include a 10% increased power magazine spring to aid in reliably feeding ammunition.

With the increase in ownership of NFA items like suppressors and the increase in red dot-equipped pistols, suppressor height and co-witness height sights have become a much more popular option for pistol iron sights. The new Tyrant Designs Suppressor Height + Co-Witness sights have just been released for those who field a pistol suppressor or red dot-equipped Glock pistol.

The Taurus G3XL is one of the latest offerings in the market of double-stack 9mm concealed carry pistols.  While the pistol isn’t as slim as the Glock 48 or as refined as the SIG P365XL, it’s extremely affordable and still reliable enough for concealed carry on a budget. Taurus made the correct decision to step away from its own proprietary sights and the G3X and the G3XL now offer Glock sight compatibility. This allows you much wider access to a variety of OEM and aftermarket options for sight augmentation including dovetail mounts for red dot optics, night sights for low light shooting, and sometimes even just more aesthetic-looking sights. Tyrant Designs sent me out a pair of their new Two-Piece Glock aluminum sights so I thought it might be fun to replace the factory Taurus G3XL sights with the Tyrant Designs Glock sights to see how well the two products could be melded together and to see if Taurus’ claims of Glock sight compatibility measured up.

Flat Dark Earth is indisputably one of the most popular finishes for both handguns and rifles. With popular pistols like the FN509 and many Glock pistols coming in factory configurations featuring the subdued earth tone color, it’s only natural that a lot of people piecing together their own P80 in that very same color might want a high-quality CNC machined trigger to populate the grip module. Tyrant Designs’ new FDE ITTS Trigger has just been announced and is now shipping and available with two options for hardware color.

If you like to keep close tabs on aftermarket Glock accessories you will know that last year Tyrant Designs stated that they would be coming out with their own two-piece set of  7075 aluminum Glock compatible sights. Tyrant Designs recently published new images and details on these sights as well as some upcoming iterations of them that are just around the corner.

If you’re an EDC or pocket knife junkie then there is a new blade in town. The guys over at Tyrant Designs CNC have just announced their official presale for the new Tyrant Designs CNC (TDC) 001 and 002 knives. The new knives will both feature a 3-inch D2 tanto-point steel blade and what Tyrant Designs calls “beefy” linear locks with easy-to-use thumb studs. From what I can tell so far, the blades look to be quite stylish and have that telltale Tyrant Designs look to them with very angular shapes and flashy anodized highlights.

Being the GLOCK traditional/missionary type of owner, I am probably the last person who should write a news release about a custom trigger. Poke fun all you want, but I enjoy factory-built GLOCK triggers, slides, frames, and magazines the way Gaston Glock imagined them to be: simple and utilitarian. However, I also recognize that there are millions of shooters out there that enjoy customizing their Austrian pistols. Glock pistols can quickly turn into projects once you start attempting to adapt them to fit your personal preferences. I’ve been carrying my Glock 48 for about 2 years now and over many range sessions and rounds downrange, I finally decided that I wanted to change up a few things to turn it into a more versatile pistol. While this may have been a misguided and fruitless attempt to prevent me from buying more guns, I went for it anyway and the guys over at Tyrant Designs sent me over some of their newest aftermarket items for use with the Glock 43, 43X, and 48. Among those Items were the new Tyrant Designs I.T.T.S. (Improved Tyrant Trigger System) Trigger as well as their new Glock Magwell for use with the Glock 43X and 48.

Tyrant Designs has just released what has to be the most ostentatious Glock accessory currently on the market – a 24k Gold Extended Magazine Release for the Glock 43x/48 pistols. As opposed to their billet aluminum gold anodized extended magazine release, the Gold magazine release is made from steel and finished off with real 24k gold plating – fit for Goldmember himself.

The sights appear to employ a white front blade and blackout rear configuration with their chevron-style serrated surface texturing, although it’s indicated that additional options including night sights and suppressor height versions will be added at an as-yet-unknown later date.
