After five years of development and multiple live-fire prototypes, Spuhr has created a new patent-pending system that eliminates the play between AR-style upper and lower receivers. This long-standing issue has frustrated shooters looking for tighter lockup and improved consistency, especially in precision or professional use.

In this shot from Liepaja, Latvia, a Portuguese Navy service member and U.S. Marines from Apache Company, 2D Light Armored Reconnaissance, move together during an integrated patrolling exercise.
