Swarovski Optik has announced updates across three of its core riflescope families, introducing the new dS 4-24x50 P, an updated Z6i lineup, and additional Z5i+ MRAD models. The expansion reflects continued development across digital, general-purpose, and long-range hunting optics.

People who assume I have a favorite brand in optics always get it wrong. Luckily, I own a few long guns, and they all have specific needs. Plus, my needs change, and analogue optics develop over time, although not quite as fast as in the digital arena. At Jagd & Hund, Europe’s largest hunting trade show, Swarovski Optics expanded their Z8i line with a high-magnification rifle scope. The Z8i+ 5-40x56 is the first of its kind in the premium hunting segment, combining sharp optics with a wide field of view for precise target acquisition. Designed for long-range hunting, it delivers exceptional detail even at 40x magnification. This latest addition to the Z8i series—now totaling eight models—will be available at select retailers starting February 2025.
