Steiner Optics Releases ATLAS Multi-Emitter Aiming System

Steiner Optics has announced that its ATLAS (Advanced Tactical Laser Aiming System) is now available to military and law enforcement customers, professional security users, and the wider commercial market. The unit is designed as a compact, multi-emitter aiming and illumination device intended to support a broad range of operational distances. I haven’t seen one in real life, but it looks really low-profile, with dimensions being 114 x 62 x 34mm (4.5 x 2.5 x 1.4 in.).

LaserMax Introduces New GS-Max9-G Laser Sight for Ruger Max-9 Pistols

LaserMax have announced the launch of their GS-Max9-G laser for Ruger’s Max-9 compact pistols. The new laser as a green emitter and incorporates LaserMax’s GripSense technology which is able to detect when the user has a firm grip on the pistol, when it detects this it activates the laser without the shooter having to consciously think about turning it on or breaking their grip to articulate controls. GripSense can be deactivated if you prefer manual control and the laser is adjustable for windage and elevation.
