POTD: The Serengeti Arms AUG-12 Bullpup Shotgun

There’s something special about bullpup shotguns, but the Serengeti Arms AUG-12 is even more special, I’d say. Serengeti is the brand of the ATS Group Company, and their products are made in Turkey. Or should I say the Republic of Türkiye? As you may know, they make quite a few shotguns over there, but I wasn’t expecting them to clone the Austrian AUG.
Here are the technical specifications:
Caliber | 12 GA 3″ |
Chamber | 76 mm / 3” |
Action | Semi Automatic |
Barrel Length | 47cm / 18,5” |
Barrel | 4140 Chrome drilled steel |
Weight | 3,6± kg / 8 lb |
Receiver | Aluminium Anodized/Cerakote Coating |
Magazine Capacity | 2+1, 5+1, 10+1 |
Trigger | Trigger Safety |
Recoil Pad | Special Polyurethane Pad |
Lower Frame | Synthetic |
The action is semi-automatic. The magazines take either 2, 5 or 10 with +1 in the chamber if you wish. The front grip folds. The trigger group is removable, and there’s a dual-action magazine release button.
Apart from the rather unusual name Mud Green (pictured below), there’s also Black and White. Which one would you go for?

I like my fingers attached to my hand. :)
They'll make an AUG in 12gauge, 5.56, and 9mm but not 7.62x51. That's all I want...c'mon please someone! It can't be that difficult...
