POTD: The Serengeti Arms AUG-12 Bullpup Shotgun

There’s something special about bullpup shotguns, but the Serengeti Arms AUG-12 is even more special, I’d say. Serengeti is the brand of the ATS Group Company, and their products are made in Turkey. Or should I say the Republic of Türkiye? As you may know, they make quite a few shotguns over there, but I wasn’t expecting them to clone the Austrian AUG.

Here are the technical specifications:

Caliber12 GA 3″
Chamber76 mm / 3”
ActionSemi Automatic
Barrel Length47cm / 18,5”
Barrel4140 Chrome drilled steel
Weight3,6± kg / 8 lb
ReceiverAluminium Anodized/Cerakote Coating
Magazine Capacity2+1, 5+1, 10+1
TriggerTrigger Safety
Recoil PadSpecial Polyurethane Pad
Lower FrameSynthetic

The action is semi-automatic. The magazines take either 2, 5 or 10 with +1 in the chamber if you wish. The front grip folds. The trigger group is removable, and there’s a dual-action magazine release button.

Apart from the rather unusual name Mud Green (pictured below), there’s also Black and White. Which one would you go for?
