The CR223 pistol itself is super well built, you can tell the quality as soon as you pick it up. My issue is with the fact that 100%of the parts are proprietary and zero standard AR/416 parts fit the weapon. When I say 0% compatible, even the trigger pins are a proprietary diameter. But as long as you are cool with having the weapon "As is", it's very well built.
STAG did this with their model 8... many moons ago ... and it's run like a fine tuned Swiss Watch ever since ... The KIDS rifles are still going strong !!! And FULLY able to swap any AR parts on it ... maybe not that carboned up AR BCG ...
I may actually have to FINALLY re-barrel it ... yeah, THAT long ago ...
