As with all Faxon Barrels, the “Faxon Rimfire” line is made in-house at our Cincinnati facility from raw bar stock, and undergo the same rigorous testing and quality control measures that have made our AR and pistol barrels a market favorite.

These barrels are made from 416-R stainless steel, given 6 Groove Rifling at a 1:16 twist, and a Recessed Target Crown. Barrels are Magnetic Particle Inspected, and are finished in either Salt Bath Nitride or PVD.
To give these Faxon Rimfire barrels our unique touch, we have adapted 3 of our most popular barrel profiles from the AR platform to rimfire: Pencil, Straight Fluted, and our patented Flame Fluted profile.

Spice up your 10/22 with ammunition costing between 17 and 20 cents a round. That’s real spicy.
10/22 trick I learned aloooong time ago: Turn 0.008 off the receiver end of the pipe shoulder and start shooting CCI stingers. If it wont keep a mag under an inch and a half at a hundred yds., keep cutting until it does .When it finally does hit the sweet spot, and ALL stock 10/22 and 77/22 barrels are the same in this regard, you have the best thing going! I think I and others have done this many times over with the same result...
