Thanks to renewed demand, Velocity Systems is re-launching the RECCE Chest Rig for the HK417. The Instagram post announcing the return notes that both popular demand and the recent adoption of the M110A1 led to them to re-issue this chest rig. It also comes soon after the announcement of the new generation of HK USA MR762 A4. Let’s take a closer look.

Tactical Gear @ TFB:

The pocket layout holds six 20-round HK417-pattern magazines and includes two large and two small general purpose pouches. HK417/MR762 magazines are larger than many other 308-size magazines, so dedicated pockets are essential. The rig is made in the USA and includes thoughtful details like ITW-Nexus buckles with a reduced IR signature. Velocity Systems offers four colors in the RECCE HK417 Chest Rig, Multicam, ranger green, coyote tan, and black. All four colorways retail for the same price, $253.

Unfortunately, the RECCE HK417 Chest Rig is not available just yet. No timeline is listed on the Velocity Systems website, but there is an option to join an email notification list to find out when a specific color comes into stock.
